Al Tamimi Stables will be hosting one of the most anticipated festivals of the year for Dubai residents, tourists and families: Halloween! The celebration will be split into two occasions: the Best Halloween Costume Competition on Saturday 26th October and a Pumpkin Carving Competition on Thursday 31st October, the eve of Halloween, from 9am to 6pm.
