Executive Chef Domenico Serra’s earliest memories take him back to their kitchen in Napoli, South Italy. He started assisting at home where they baked cakes and sweets on holidays to give their family friends. When he turned 12, he graduated from the home to the restaurant kitchen where he began learning everything he needs for pizza topping preparation. Not too long after, he was given a greater role of finally making the dough for their pizzas. From there, his passion just grew from strength to strength as he personally took market trips to pick the freshest ingredients, dealt with the suppliers, recreated their family’s secret recipes and later on, managed the whole kitchen.
