Vip Room, the internationally acclaimed St Tropez, Paris and Cannes Film Festival nightclub brand, will be redefining Dubai’s luxury lifestyle scene when it launches in December 2012 within the tallest hotel in the world, the newly opened JW Marriott Marquis. Jean-Roch, the celebrity brand’s founder and host of St-Tropez's most infamous A-List parties, will be presenting the opening event.
