Lebanese Cuisine Like Mama Makes

There’s a new addition to the Lebanese dining scene in Dubai with the opening of Ya Baladi at the Coral Boutique Hotels, Al Barsha, which serves homemade fare inspired by a traditional ‘mother’s kitchen’.  The restaurant’s name is taken from the widely loved Arabic song Helwa Ya Baladi (Beautiful is My Country). Not only does the food stay true to its roots, the décor includes antique chairs imported from a renowned café in Lebanon and the walls are dotted with paintings of the country’s green landscape.
