Dining with parents can often be a bore for children but the Taj Palace Hotel has come up with a novel solution for their new Friday brunch to keep kids entertained allowing parents to dine in peace. The Little Chefs Brunch gives kids aged between four and twelve the opportunity to don a chef’s jacket, hat and apron and get hands on experience in the preparation and cooking of dishes such as cookies, pizza and crepes.
“We have come up with a selection of dishes that we know kids love to eat so they can have a go at preparing the dishes themselves” said Oukba Nafai food and beverage director, Taj Palace Hotel Dubai “The whole activity is supervised by our chefs and is designed to be educational as well as fun. We have even created chef’s whites for them to wear whilst they are cooking so they get to feel the part and stay clean at the same time”
