DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, January 4, 2012 – January 12th marks the one year anniversary of The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). To celebrate, the hotel has introduced an “Anniversary Package” available for a limited time.
The “Anniversary Package” – perfect for gourmands – provides a unique opportunity for guests to experience all The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC has to offer.Guests will be greeted for a personalized welcome reception in Lobby Lounge & Terrace where specialty beverages and select canapés are provided under the illumination of the contemporary chandelier of 44 crystal stems designed to resemble frosted branches in the moonlight. They will then be escorted to Blue Rain, the hotel’s signature Thai restaurant, for an appetizer created by chef Sawai. After enjoying the soothing effects of the restaurant’s water feature that spills down one wall and through the centre of the room under a glass floor, Center Cut Steakhouse is the next venue. Here, chef Heath masters the main course of the world’s best beef in the form of Australian Wagyu. And to top off the experience, pastry chef Guillaume invites guests for a “Tour de France” with unique desserts created from all four corners of France. Of course, this experience would not be complete without luxurious overnight accommodation in a Deluxe Room or Executive Suite.
