Launch of Thai Dessert and Sustainable Fish Dishes

Seafood Restaurant at Radisson Blu Hotel

February 2012: The seafood restaurant, Fish Market, located on the second floor of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek offers all diners to experience new Thai dessert complimentary when they order any main course of sustainable fish dishes.

Enjoy wide varieties of mouth-watering Thai dessert including Candied tapioca with crispy rice, Croquant garnish in chocolate, Sticky rice with egg custard and green grapes and chocolate lime, Sticky rice with diced mango and chocolate sauce, Thai jelly with assorted fruit cube and chocolate stick which will please your palate.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek has started to do their bit to protect fish stocks. Heading to Fish Market, the seafood restaurant has joined the EWF to promote the consumption of sustainable seafood, with executive Chef Uwe Micheel creating sustainable menus for the sustainable fishes from the Gulf.
